The way to check your area is go to the web site for your unemployment job listings or any job list web site and search for your key words arch, cad, civil engineer.... In Texas, the schools taught AutoCAD Architectural Desktop and that's what my job had. Here in upstate NY the mechanical engineers like solidworks which I never saw. If your school teaches it, then it's likely to be in demand. the important thing is to get your home a copy so you can teach yourself because if you wait for the teachers... they only have time to drag the normal kids along while we natural born socially retarded analitical nerds fly circles around them..... Until we drop out for focusing too much and not making enough money.
