Basicly this house is traditional farming house that located in Emporda, Spain. It have forgetted by the owner but the beauty and tranquility of the village make the owner to restore it. It project did by the Arau & Mediavilla. The architect preserve the original house such as the brick and stone wall and give some addition to enhance the home decoration and interior appearance. For giving the rustic touch, all the room furnished by the traditional and rustic furniture by old wood as the basic materilals. The modern home appliance gived just to make the home activity easier such as : bathroom and kitchen. The big tradiional windows preserved to give the way for the natural sun light enter the home. If You want to feel the traditional spanish village life, this home very perfect for holiday and weekend. (source)
