Kowaleski residence has 3,600 SF house in an established Nassau County beach community. The designer using the stone, stucco, steel and glass as the principal materials. The designer very smart choosing the white color to paint the home exterior since the home look more clean, fresh and beautiful. Combination the clear glass as the window and the light in the evening make the home interior look so beautiful and warm. The relatively closed façade provides privacy from the street, while the main living area opens to the side garden. A roof terrace offers panoramic ocean views.
